Since we are witnessing the largest act ever of securities fraud, and it is being done on the television screen, should not one of us go to Washington and start arresting Paulson, Bush, Chris Dodd, and a few other miscreants? It would be a citizen’s arrest, to be sure, but if they are going to arrest and convict Ken Lay for losses of a few billion, should they not arrest this gang for losses of $700 billion?
