Involuntary Body Language

I was explaining to someone the difference between Armistice Day and Veterans Day. I observed that the switch was subtle propaganda, and that people are trying all the time to get inside your mind. Then I said “You have to fight against this all the time if you want to be an independent thinker,” and as I said this I involuntarily raised both arms, bent at the elbows, and made two fists. This body language surprised me.
