I Need Copies of Morgan Reynolds’s Labor Econ Text

Dear Folks:

I am trying to get a hold of as many copies of this book as I can:

Reynolds, Morgan O. 1995. Economics of Labor, South-Western College Publishing, ISBN: 0538844345. I need copies of this book because I want to lend these out, for free, to students in my upcoming class, Spring 2011, in labor economics. I’ve looked at several other labor econ texts, and they are all highly mathematicalized. This one, by our colleague Morgan, is great. The only trouble with it is that it is now out of print. I’ve tried to purchase some on Amazon, etc., but the prices are in the low three figures—pretty tough for me since I need about 30 copies of the book, and, so far, I’ve got only 10. The publisher has been asked to relinquish its copyright over this book, with no success.

Can anyone give me or sell me at a reasonable price some copies of this book? As I say, I won’t be making any money off this deal, as I will merely lend them to students for free. And, when I retire, I shall sell them all, at the highest prices I can get for them, and donate all that money I raise in that way to the Mises Institute.

Best regards,

Walter
