I have heard or read more favorable comments about the “Hunger Games” movie, and of its libertarian sentiments. My wife and I saw the film yesterday, and we both had the same response: where is the great libertarian message? The hero and heroine were survivors in a dystopian world, but that seemed to be the extent of any pro-liberty, individualistic sentiments. Did the projectionist omit a reel from our showing?
