On yesterday’s Talk of the Nation, Neal Conan interviewed Richard Knox, science correspondent for NPR, about the HPV vaccine now being recommended for boys. Every caller and e-mailer to the show accepted without question not only that people should load up on vaccines if the government recommends them, but that injecting boys with HPV is a good thing. Did NPR just not air any negative calls and e-mails? I don’t know.
