Hollande’s Nuclear Hypocrisy

Can hypocrisy rise to greater heights than this, to say such a thing as France’s President Hollande said on the soil of a nuclear proliferator, the only nuclear proliferator in the Middle East?

“France will not give way on nuclear proliferation,” Hollande said at a welcoming ceremony at Tel Aviv airport. “So long as we are not certain that Iran has renounced nuclear arms, we will keep in place all our demands and sanctions.”

More. France helped Israel become a nuclear proliferator, and Israel helped France.

Hollande’s hypocrisy consists of trying to wave an ideological wand of moral rectitude, while also tapping into pro-Israel, anti-Iran, anti-foreign, and anti-religious sentiments. His purpose is to advance France’s corporate, military and geopolitical interests in the region and in North Africa.
