We don’t hear much about Herman Cain’s other 9-9-9 plan:
9 countries with U.S. military boots on the ground, to include Iran if possible.
9 years in prison for partaking of drugs the government says you shouldn’t.
9 foot moat filled with alligators in front of a great wall between the U.S. and Mexico with an electrified fence on top.
Cain is a warmonger, a drug warrior, and a nut case.
