Lest readers wonder how Leviathan’s diktat to buy a product could “offer” [sic for “guarantee”] that industry “a boost,” the article’s first sentence expounds further: “The health care reform is giving quite a shot in the arm to the insurance industry in Michigan, as sales of individual policies have spiked by almost 40 percent in the first quarter of 2014.” I expect insurers’ bribes-sorry, contributions to politicians’ campaigns have spiked by a similar percentage.
And though I didn’t look at the website’s other pieces, no doubt one of them bears the headline, “Water is wet, study.”
