Government and Education

In the radio show, Bottom Line, with Roger Marsh and David Householder the topic is new regulations and government-grants regarding the Unified School District of Los Angeles.   For me the best solution is no government involvement at all because in the market those who fail to improve are punished with bankruptcy.  With the government, this is not the case, so it is no surprise to see the government failing yet hardly improving education.
