What fun it is to watch the GOP collapse into disarray following today’s failure of Boehner’s tax hike and also the leadership’s ousting of every half-way decent Congressman, such as Justin Amash and Walter Jones, from their Budget and Finance Committee seats.
Boehner is now facing efforts to oust him for his love of tax hikes and utter disregard for anything even approaching fiscal responsibility. Boehner is following the Romney school of politics: relentless and unprincipled selling-out coupled with sheer political incompetence.
At the rate they’re going, the GOP may be able to actually lose seats during the mid-term election in 2014, which would be quite a feat of ineptitude.
