The budget and staffing of the IRS is supposedly shrinking. This is good news for taxpayers if it means less chance of an audit or harassment by IRS goons. This may also mean that it will be harder to implement ObamaCare. Although some libertarians may wonder how anyone could work for the IRS, it is too bad that more of them don’t wonder how anyone could work for the DOD.
