Lew—in your blog you mentioned that Michael Moore extols worker-owned cooperatives. As David Ramsay Steele points out in his excellent book From Marx to Mises, what’s stopping workers in this country from forming worker-owned cooperatives right now? Can anyone cite one statute in this country preventing them from doing so?
