During my aforementioned trip out West, when I was trying to find out what time zone I was in, I noticed a sign in Arizona stating that Arizona does not follow daylight saving time. Good for Arizona. Now, if we could get the rest of the states to do likewise, then daylight saving time could be limited to DC. Here is a case where nullification is not even required. States do not have to follow daylight saving time.
