The cultured San Francisco talk show host, and former candidate for the Libertarian Party presidential nomination, is recovering from a mild stroke. I did some volunteer work for Gene when he ran, and found him to be one of the greatest orators I have ever encountered. Thanks to Jeff Deist for letting me know this sad news. All prayers for Gene’s quick and full recovery.
