Garrett County and Cool Weather

I do need to add that unlike Michigan, it is pretty rare that we get 90+ temperatures in Garrett County, where I now live. I remember last year it got to 88 at our house, but was over 100 in nearby Cumberland, where we used to live.

As for winter, the Garrett County Seal has, among other things, a snowflake. I can go X-C skiing out my back door and go for many miles, so that should say something about the Garrett County winter.

Now, from what I can tell, Al Gore wants all of my summers to be cool and winters to be exceedingly frosty.
