Christopher: Perhaps there’s a hidden admission in FEMA’s references to being a “family.” Charles Manson regarded his followers as a “family,” did he not? There are many families that are quite dysfunctional, particularly those ruled over by an abusive, coercive parent who habitually resorts to threats and violence to enforce his edicts! In such families, the recipients of such abuse often respond by running away from home.
Given its abysmal record, if FEMA was a real-world “family,” wouldn’t the “parents” be arrested on charges of “child endangerment”?
