Dear Lew: You’re absolutely right – the average web surfer knows more that the government. I do a weekly radio show in Vegas and I’ve been ahead of the news by about 2 months – right after Bush’s “victory” speech, I predicted we would lose this war.
You say we’re bankrupting the host country. Actually, Bush is bankrupting America, along with everything else.
I’m predicting Rumsfeld is about to get fired.Bush is finished & destined to go down in history as the worst president ever & also the only illegitimate president. His 15 mins of smirking & strutting are almost over – I’m just worried he can do a lot more damage in the next 15 months.
What I’m looking for in the next President is the willingness to set up an independent comission to investigate the war profiteering of the Bushies – just how much money did he & his relatives & his cronies make off this war. It’s not enough that they have to live out the rest of their days in disgrace, they should return the money thay have shamelessly looted from the American Treasury.
You know what the worst thing is? Bush is so stupid & so rich & so removed from ordinary life, that he won’t even know he’s been shamed & disgraced. He can spend the rest of his days on a rich man’s estate, paid for by Auschwitz & Iraq.
I hope the American people will demand justice, but they won’t. It’s because of American apathy that the world is in such a mess. After two generations of inferior education, Americans are truly ignorant & therefore dangerous.
The dollar is about to be replaced by the euro as the international currency & Bush in his stupidity hastened that process. That’s what it was all about.
