Bill: Friedman was right when he said that we need to take “a journey to rediscover, rebuild and reinvent our own backyard.” A lot of young people are doing just this in their rejection of the Keynesian/socialistic/neo-mercantilist mindset, while cheering Tom Woods’ reference – in Minneapolis – to “the Austrian business cycle.” Friedman’s “journey” of “rediscovery” may prove so lengthy, however, as to consume all of his frequent-flyer miles!
