“For the Children”

Karen: As I tell my students and others, whenever you see a program designed “for the children,” RUN! We shouldn’t be surprised at the Establishment’s disregard for children: its power is dependent on getting young people conditioned in the collective mindset, which has always been the role of that formal agency of child abuse known as government schools. If the statists waited until we were 21 years of age to suddenly spring their rackets upon us, we would say “no,” just as thoroughly indoctrinated adults have a difficult time having the concept of individual liberty introduced to them.

The political establishment’s contempt for children found no clearer expression than in Janet Reno’s mass killing of them at Waco, or in Madeleine Albright’s statement that the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children was a price she was willing to pay to carry out the Clinton administration’s boycott of that country.

If you listen to the statist babblers, you will often hear them using such words as social “assets” or “resources” to describe their attitudes toward children. They are thought of as nothing more than fungible materials to be developed into useful means in service to institutional ends.
