Not the politicians, but the voters. According to a survey of 750 likely Republican primary voters in Florida conducted on January 22 by Rasmussen Reports, when asked which candidate has the best personal character, 41% say Romney, 30% Santorum, 11% Gingrich and only 10% say Paul.
