In California, a dog jumped over a fence and was killing goats, according to a complaint made to police. The policeman “reportedly noticed two marijuana plants growing in a front porch planter.” This led to three arrests “on charges of cultivating marijuana. The elder Davis was on felony probation and arrested on a charge of possession of ammunition. All were booked at Victor Valley Jail.” The dog owner was also cited for unlicensed dogs.
