A Maryland state legislator apparently thinks so. Here’s an audio of police communication during the St. Patrick’s Day riot in Baltimore. One has to wonder if statements by Jesse Jackson like, “black people are under attack,” which he made after the Trayvon Martin shooting, have anything to do with such events?
