And are hoping for another one.  They think they’re good for “the environment”  and will lead to even lower-flow toilets and taxes on plastic bags.  Yippeeeee!  They seem to be unaware of the Dust Bowl during the Great Depression, and of the fact that the poorest countries also have the filthiest environments.
