A number of current and former Duke lacrosse players and their families will file suit today against Duke University and Durham, North Carolina, for what happened in the infamous Duke Lacrosse Case. In case people are wondering why Michael B. Nifong, the evil and dishonest and sociopathic prosecutor who pursued this case is not on the list, it is because he is using the courts to protect him via bankruptcy laws. (If the courts rule his prosecution was vicious and unwarranted, they may well deny his petition, but for now, he is protected.)

I have been able to play a very small role in this affair, and that is due more to the courage of Lew Rockwell for giving me his page as a forum. Keep your eye on this suit, for a number of things will come out that not only will expose the lies of police and prosecutors, but also will expose the realities of PC higher education today.
