Detroit at top of economic agony list
By David Crary and Corey Williams
DETROIT — One measure of how tough times are in the Motor City: Some of the offenders in jail don’t want to be released; some who do get out promptly re-offend to head back where there’s heat, health care and three meals a day.
What’s amazing is that liberals will allow a city to die from their policies without ever admitting their crime or changing their ways.
I watch Detroit closely because it’s about 15 years ahead of Buffalo in its trends.
