No, not Obama’s plan to use foreign aid to further gay rights, but Republican outrage over the plan and not foreign aid itself. Republicans are despicable. Why wasn’t all foreign aid—that is, the looting of American taxpayers—ended when the Republicans controlled the Congress and the White House? Why do Republicans only get upset about government when it does things they don’t like? Funding for public radio is bad because public radio promotes liberalism, not because the government shouldn’t fund public radio. Funding for the NEA is bad because the NEA promotes pornographic art, not because the government shouldn’t fund the NEA.
