Joe Biden has promised, if elected, to pursue criminal investigations of the Bush Administration. One side of me cheers, but Joe Biden represents a party in which the executive branch time and again broke the law from Clinton down to the FBI agents and Clinton prosecutors.

For example, the accounting practices at Fannie Mae when Democratic operative Jamie Gorelick was in charge made Enron look honest. Yet, Gorelick does not face even a second of a criminal investigation. Janet Reno ordered the massacre of more than 80 people at Waco, and then made sure the evidence immediately was destroyed, and then declared it to be a mass suicide. Will she be investigated? Nope.

Also, seeing Biden, who has trashed the concept of Natural Law (which means he is against the Declaration of Independence) claim that he wants to pursue criminal investigations in the name of supporting the Constitution makes me sick.
