Court Historian Robert V. Remini

The prolific historian of Jacksonian America, Robert V. Remini, has died. The author of over twenty books (including Martin Van Buren and the Making of the Democratic Party and Andrew Jackson and the Bank War), Remini has left a scholarly legacy few of his generation could match. Here Murray N. Rothbard and Jeffrey Rogers Hummel place Remini’s interpretations contained within these two volumes under close critical examination.
