Amendment 64 is a Colorado ballot measure to regulate marijuana like alcohol. Not perfect, since it only applies to marijuana, you would have to be 21, and you would have to pay a tax, but a good move toward partial drug freedom. Of course, the feds will not like it since they want to keep waging war on a plant.
