Gosh, Karen, I’m surprised that the University of Colorado would take such a stance. I’ll betcha CU’s promotional literature, faculty meeting agendas, and faculty hiring/promotion policies are awash in rhetoric about the virtues of “diversity.” One might be inclined to believe that this temple of political-correctness was not sincere in its embrace of pluralistic values!
