Energy kazillionaires Charles and David Koch are holding another of their secret coordination meetings, this one in Ranch Mirage, California, this weekend. The list of attendees was leaked the last time (thank you, Bob Wenzel!), showing it to be an Apalachin Meeting of “libertarian” and neocon oligarchs, and their servitors in politics, media, and the intelligentsia, seeking even more ways to enrich and empower themselves through the State. I hope we get a peek at this year’s list!o
