Bush’s Reform School Speech

I caught part of Dub-Yuh’s press conference on the radio today. It was hard to follow all the mumbling, mispronunciations, nervous laughs, and disconnected sentences, but one comment stood out. Sounding extremely defensive about the Iraq war, the Decider-in-Chief gave a brand new reason why thousands of Americans have been sent there to die or come home maimed for life: So that “reformers” can “realize their dreams.” Irv and Bill Kristol? Charles Krauthammer? He didn’t say who, exactly, these “reformers” are.

He also said that alas, there were no WMDs in Iraq, but that Hussein “had the potential” to develop them. So do dozens of other countries, of course.
