Here’s a link to a site that wants to draft Bruce Springsteen to perform at Giants Stadium (right across the river from the Republican Convention) on the same night that George W. Bush receives the Republican nomination. The point would be to make an antiwar statement; the point would also be to upstage the pro-Bush hoopla.

I don’t support either of the clones running for president, but I thought this news item was a bit of a hoot.
