In the middle of the night, US troops burst into the home of an Iraqi reporter for a British newspaper and TV station, fire into the bedroom where he and his family are sleeping, seize him, hood him, and take him in for a little questioning. He is released hours later, the military dictatorship having made its point. If you are an Iraqi and have dangerous opinions, they can do anything to you, and you have no recourse. Warrants? They don’t need no stinkin’ warrants. (Thanks to Kev Hall for the link.)
