I keep hearing about no “boots on the ground” in Libya, as if anything the military does is okay as long as there are no “boots on the ground.” But no, it is not okay. The U.S. military shouldn’t be doing anything in Libya or anywhere else outside of the United States and its coasts. It’s called nonintervention, not non-”boots on the ground.”
