Whoever composed the list of Government’s 50 Greatest Achievements must live in the Bizarro universe. How else to explain, to take one example, achievement number 28: “Enhance the Nation’s Health Care Infrastructure.” HMOs, a Medicare code with more rules and regulations than the infamous IRS code, frivolous lawsuits, and mandates that health insurance plans cover hair transplants enhance the nation’s health care infrastructure?!

The sad part is most Americans, including many self-described conservatives, would agree with most of this list.
