Not yet, though the Dow was down 5.55%. The more important S&P 500 was down 6.66% (hmm), and the NASDAQ was down 6.7%. Asian and European markets were way down, too. Central banks are running scared, as are the commercial fractional reservists. Thanks, boys, for the boom-bust cycle.
