Big Bank Crime (and Punishment (?))

The states are negotiating immunity for big banks on their fraudulent foreclosures and robo-signing and who knows what else. This shows the power and payoffs of the big banks: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, CitiGroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Ally Financial. It shows the selectivity in prosecuting crimes committed in corporations by corporate figures. The states like getting the big bribe of $25 billion. In the offices of Congress and state houses and bureaus of regulation, like the FED, sit many others who irresponsibly encouraged banking, financial, and lending practices that created the credit boom. They’ll do it again. They’re already doing it again. They never stopped.
