Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. ‘Barack Obama’) Spouts Another Fake Lincoln Quote

This time it was in his “acceptance” speech at the Democratic Party Coronation Event, when he came up with a saying supposedly by Dishonest Abe about how he (Abe) at one time “dropped to his knees,” presumably to pray. Even the “Lincoln experts” are laughing at that one, proving with modern internet technology that Dishonest Abe never said any such thing.

Besides, it is unlikely that Dishonest Abe ever dropped to his knees to pray about anything. According to his wife and his closest friend, William Herndon, he never became a Christian; never joined a church; rarely ever stepped foot inside a church; and even wrote a book-length “refutation” of the Bible before he became a politician.  On page 152 of Lincoln the Man by Edgar Lee Masters the author quotes Abe as complaining while running for Congress in Illinois that “Here are twenty-three ministers, of different denominations, and all of them are against me but three; and here are a great many members of churches, a very large majority of whom are against me.”  One wonders what the Christians in Illinois during Lincoln’s time knew that most Americans today don’t know?

This is further evidence of  how all political parties have spread a mountain of lies about the face of the American empire — Abe Lincoln’s ugly mug — in order to make him out to have been a combination of Jesus and Socrates.  The state is wise and moral, you see.  Even the Communist Party USA used to hold Lincoln-Lenin Day rallies in New York City and adorned its New York City offices with giant mug shots of Abe (according to Pulitzer prize-winning Lincoln biographer David Donald in his book, Lincoln Reconsidered).
