I speak of course of the political agenda of Republican Party senate “leaders” like Mitch McConnell who have voted for all of these things and have announced them as the way of the GOP future. Mitch is apparently enraged over the creation of a few conservative PACs that oppose these things. Doing his best Arnold Schwarzenegger imitation, he recently announced that “I think we are going to crush them everywhere.”
Charles Koch call your office!! Didn’t you spend tens or hundreds of millions of dollars over the past thirty-five years on D.C. “think tanks” with your “market-based management” business plan to influence members of Congress, especially Republicans? How’s that working out for you? Sounds like a lot of money down the toilet to me.
