Of course not. The Republican-controlled New Hampshire House of Representatives recently passed a medical marijuana bill. It has already passed the Senate. The governor, a Democrat, has threatened to veto the legislation. And when was the last time Obama or Biden, two Democratic Democrats, called for the legalization of any drug? But, of course, if Republicans actually followed the Constitution they claimed to believe in, they would support ending the war on drugs—at least on the federal level.
