Yes, the US and its satellites and media dispense anti-Russian propaganda (unless Russia is doing DC’s bidding, then it’s “dear old Uncle Joe.”) But that is hardly a reason to make a criminal offense out of holding a non-official view of some event in Russian history. Nevertheless, that evil and ridiculous notion is on the move.
