A Supreme Conflict of Interest

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is about to sit in judgment (along with most of his Washington Gang of Nine) of one of my favorite corporatist corporations: Monsteranto. The problem, at least in the eyes of those of us who believe in honesty and justice (which we are obviously not going to get from a hack like Thomas) is that Thomas worked for Monsteranto as a lawyer back in the 1970s. Thomas’s Supreme Court Colleague Stephen Breyer is recusing himself because his brother, Charles Breyer, was a judge in a the original case concerning Monsteranto back in 2007.

So, will the “Honorable” Judge Thomas recuse himself from this case? Sure—just as soon as we see this:
