End the two unnecessary wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that are costing more than $10 billion/month; close down at least 100 U.S. military bases around the world that serve no purpose other than to make enemies (and profits for those who build and supply the bases); eliminate the income tax altogether which, as Ron Paul has correctly pointed out, would still leave the federal Leviathan with a 1997-level budget. If the government refuses, then peaceful secession is the only option.
