I have previously posted on the story of ‘Diabetes Warrior’ Steve Cooksey (see #1 here and #2 here), a guy who has been tyrannized by the North Carolina government for using his own property to dispense ideas, advice, and encouragement that goes against the conventional wisdom of the federal government food pyramid and the various nutritional arms of the state, including the ADA (the former American Dietetic Association, which has now become the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics).
