Economic and Political Collision Ahead

Marc Faber: US and China on a Collision Course

Marc Faber, publisher of the Gloom, Boom & Doom Report, speaks with Bloomberg about China’s economy.

Faber believes China has a property bubble, but the whole economy may not go into recession. Some sectors may still expand, says Faber. He thinks inflation is a dangerous situation worldwide.

China and the US are on a collision course both economically and politically, Faber argues. He doesn’t think the US stock market will reach a new high in the near term.
