Resolutions
Its that time again. Here are some things to think
about when making your resolutions for the New Year.
Resolutions
can be broken down into 2 categories. The things not to do
and things to do.
If health
is on your agenda for the new year, then consider one or more of
these not to dos.
White flour,
white sugar (and high fructose corn syrup), artificial sweeteners
and MSG top my list of things not to do. There are lots
of reasons not to eat these you can google them, but in a
nutshell, they make you fat, depressed, stressed and lifeless. Plus
they can clog your arteries, destroy your brain cells and just generally
make you feel bad.
If you are
looking for a resolution involving to dos, consider
these:
Try a lifestyle
diet. I like these diets. A lifestyle diet is something
like the Paleo Diet, or Blood Type Diets, or Gluten-Free Diet. These
are my favorites. If you are an A or AB blood type, Paleo may not
work for you try your Blood Type Diet first. A lifestyle
diet tailored to your body will help resolve health issues better
than all of the pills in my store.
Also on the
to do side of resolutions is regular exercise. There
is much to be said for what this will do for you. Walk, swim, play
tennis, lift weights, stretch its all good and good
for you.
My all time
favorite to do resolution is a cleanse. Everyone needs
to do some kind of cleanse on a regular basis. I like the herbal
cleanses that last 30 days. They get rid of toxins at a cellular
level which makes you have more energy, better sleep, clearer thinking,
and fewer health problems. The main one I recommend is an herbal
cleanse that cleans all channels of elimination kidneys,
liver, lymph, blood, skin, colon and lungs. What is nice about this
kind of cleanse is that it is relatively user friendly and it contains
herbs that not only clean the body, but rebuild and strengthen it
as well.
There are
many types of cleanses. If you are really interested in getting
healthy, cleanses are a great place to start. I recommend the basic
whole body cleanse, followed by a candida cleanse and
a liver cleanse. This will take 3 months, but you will look and
feel better and be healthier.
Another great
to do is to take anti-oxidants and/or some combination
of anti-aging supplements. This is one of the places that supplements
really make a difference over the long term. There are great formulas
now that help strengthen and preserve all systems, but particularly
brain and nerve. These anti-aging supplements help give
you energy and improved health at every level these are also
the ones where quality counts the most.
Whatever you
chose not to do and to do, I hope you all
have a healthy and happy new year.
