From the Philadelphia NPR station, a quote from Mayor Nutter:

We want our damn money, you owe it, we want it, and I plan to collect it.

So, those of you who work or live in Philadelphia and thought, perhaps, that the money you earn is your money which the city then takes from you, how could you be so selfish? You owe Mayor Nutter the sweat from your brow. Isn't there a word for this...?
