Since I just mentioned Bush, I want to say that there is only one good thing that I can think of about the Obama presidency—not having to hear the voice of George Bush. Has Bush gone into hiding since January 20? Perhaps I am deaf, but I never hear anything from him or about him. And thank God. As bad as Obama is, I am not nostalgic for the days of Bush, and here is one reason why. I think James Bovard said it best when he recently described (Freedom Daily, Sept., p. 15) Bush's legacy as "an abandoned toxic waste dump."
