"...but," writes David Kramer, "maybe there is some subtlety here that I'm not seeing. Supposedly, Iran is developing a nuclear weapon to destroy Israel because of Israel's treatment of the Palestinians. Ignoring for a moment that there are many Arabs who live in Israeli territory who would also be killed by a nuclear attack, wouldn't the fallout from a nuclear bomb clearly affect the Palestinians in the West Bank—whom Iran presumably is trying to avenge? In other words, to "wipe Israel of the map" would  wipe the Palestinians off of the map too."
